Our Smoked Salmon Pâté is inspired by the fresh flavours of the nordic kitchen.
Made with a blend of our smoked salmon, and fresh salmon cooked sous vide in white wine with shallots. Blended with fresh mascarpone and sour cream; seasoned with fresh dill, lemon, chives, horseradish, salt, pepper and honey. Sealed with farmhouse butter.
This makes a wonderful starter or light lunch.
