House of Sverre's handmade salmon ham that is seasoned, cured and air-dried is made in in our smokehouse in London. We marinate wild salmon with a mix of sea salt and Muscovado sugar.
Following the Norwegian tradition of making speke mat (cured meat), we have created a very dry ham of Alaskan Wild Salmon, that has an intense aromatic flavour with a perfect balance between a saltness and sweetness. Perfect with cheese, glass of Champagne or Sherry.
The salmon comes as a whole side around 350 gram. It is for the adventurous who want to carve their own slices or shavings with a sharp knife.
Ingredients: salmon [FISH] 91%, Salt 6% and Sugar 3%
3 months shelf-life in an air tight bag - keep in a dry and cool storage.
