Salmon Jerky


House of Sverre's handmade Salmon Jerky is made in in our smokehouse in London. We marinate wild salmon with a mix of spices, sea salt and natural sweetened with honey and apple juice before air drying. The sliced jerky ‘stripes’ are then packed in resealable bags for your snacking convenience.

Following Scandinavian tradition, we hand slice our jerky in thick vertical cuts, to creates stripes. This technique allows you to experience and taste the full depth of the air-cured wild salmon with an intense flavour and a chewy texture.

3 months shelf-life in resealable bags - keep in a dry and cool storage.
